THE MAIN COURSE

Implementing the Plan

After completing the Appetizer Course, you are ready to schedule the Main Course. These sessions are designed to increase your knowledge and skill level as you are coached through a mindful implementation of your action plan. The result will be to establish a deeper and more meaningful relationship between you and your physical body, mind and spirit; thus opening pathways for creating and sustaining a more joy-filled life.
