THE MAIN COURSE
Implementing the Plan
After completing the Appetizer Course, you are ready to schedule the Main Course. The result will be to establish a deeper and more meaningful relationship between you and your physical body, mind and spirit; thus opening pathways for creating and sustaining a more joy-filled life.
